Davis Center Lends A Hand

Monday, October 3, 2005

The Davis Center

On September 24th, the Davis Center team participated in the 2005 Walk to Cure Diabetes. Twenty-five staff members made the trip to Island MetroPark in Dayton, OH to volunteer their time and make donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. The students helped run the event in a variety of ways—including set-up, balloons, face-painting, working checkpoints, photography, and playing games with the kids. It was a fun and rewarding day for everyone involved! The Davis Center contributed over $600 to the JDRF and will continue to support this cause in the near future.
